Definition

ALLERGIES: also known as Asthma and food allergies : An allergic reaction occur when the immune system Misinterprets a normally nontoxic substance, such as grass, pollen, a detergent, or a certain food, as a harmful invader.

Symptoms

Allergic responses can produce any one or a combination of several of the following symptoms:
  • Nasal congestion
  • Sneezing
  • Coughing
  • Red, itchy, or watery eyes
  • Wheezing
  • Sore throat
  • Hives
  • Rashes
  • Fatigue
  • Eczema or other skin eruptions
  • Headache
  • Fluid retention
  • Swelling of the throat and the tongue

Root Causes

  • Genetics
  • Nutritional deficiencies
  • Poor digestion
  • Limited diet(in cases of food sensitivities,the lack of variety in the diet.

Diet

IF you have allergies, dietary therapy should include:
  • Strategies for music reduction
  • Elimination of allergenic pathogens
  • General immune support

Food To Avoid

  • Eliminating foods that causes mucus should be a priority for any allergy sufferer
  • Mucus forming food
  • All diary products
  • Fried and processed foods
  • Refined flours
  • Chocolate
  • Eggs

Recommended Food

Base yours diets on non_mucus_forming foods:
  • Whole grains (although gluten sensitivity is common)
  • Fresh vegetables and fruits
  • Cold-pressed oils
  • Raw seeds and nuts
