Healthy Alternative To Breakfast Cereals For Children With Allergy

An allergy is the reaction of the immune system to a substance introduced into the body that is being interpreted as toxic. This usually stire up an auto immune response .
Some symptoms of allergic reaction are rashes, itching or tingling feeling around the lips, swelling of tongue or throat, wheezing, difficulty in breathing, respiratory infection like sinuses, asthma or bronchitis. It can also induce vomiting or fever.
Allergic reactions can be life threatening especially when triggers are not quickly identified.
The major culprit for allergy are gluten in some grains especially wheat, lactose in dairy (milk), peanut, and cashew nuts.
A healthy breakfast substitute for cereal and milk is chia seeds and coconut milk.

1 -2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
2 pieces of Dates
Slices of Apple or any fruits of choice

Mix 1-3 ingredients and blend for 2 minutes and add slices of fruits
Soak chia seeds in coconut milk overnight and add your date paste + slices of fruits
It’s yummy and healthy
