Returns & Refund Policy

gen129organic is committed to 100% customer satisfaction.  Our products are 100% guaranteed. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 3 days of the ship date with original PACKAGING unopened and we will refund your payment / exchange the item including the shipping cost or make “other arrangements”, if the cause of the return is as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc). You should expect to receive your refund/exchange within 10 business daysof giving your package to the return shipper; however in many cases you should receive your refund/replacement more quickly.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. At gen129organic we like to make things easy for our customers and kindly request that you choose the most convenient way of communicating your reasons for return to us. If you need to return or call us at +2348035868008,+2348172727574 email us at support@gen129organics with your order number and details about the products you want to return within 48 hours of receipt . We will respond quickly on how to return the item(s) from your order. Remember to send back all items including the free promotional items that came with the purchase. If forgotten, we are sorry but, we will not be able to process the return.
  2. gen129organic does not accept return after 7 days from the shipping date for consumables (food items etc) and do not accept return after fourteendays from the shipping date for non-consumable products within Nigeria.
  3. If you believe your package was damaged in transit due to our transportation we require that you take a picture of the original packaging (including the box that the order was shipped in) and contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  4. To cancel orders please contactgen129organic customer service representative on 08035868008 before your order is shipped. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will immediately cancel the order and refund your payment/replace your order or make other arrangements. Kindly note that this will not apply if your order was shipped before notification on cancellation of order.
  1. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

GUIDE FOR RETURN

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
  • Reason for return should be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)our return method.
  • Refund method that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.)

Once your product is retrieved we will perform a quality check.If the quality check is successful, we will refund you according to your requested refund method or any other arrangement you may prefer. This will happen within 10 days starting from when your return request was submitted.Kindly note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will be notified on the reasons why your return did not pass quality check and your product will be sent back to you or other arrangement made.
