We are delighted to inform you of the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
FREE standard shipping is available for orders totalling N15,000 or more within Lagos Metropolis and N20,000 outside Lagos.
Orders placed Mondays through Friday will be ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Special arrangements may be made for express delivery.
Shipment Processing Time
Delivery times are determined by your location. We use several selected regional carriers to provide the fastest, most economical service. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (orders from destinations outside cities will attract additional cost).
Orders are shipped or delivered on business days (Monday – Friday) and not weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and this will be communicated to you our valued customer.
Please allow additional 24 hours in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Gen129 Organics do not deliver orders to P.O.Box.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For Shipment outside Nigeria, gen129 Organics is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages in Transit
Gen129 Organics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damage, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We will be willing to assist you in any way we can. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
